위크는 Windows PC에서 책을 기획하고, 집필하고, 퇴고하며 원고를 관리하도록 돕는 프로그램입니다. 홈페이지에서는 서비스 정보, 계정과 이용권을 확인합니다. 본 문서는 운영 검토용 초안이며, 정식 적용일과 판매 조건은 확정 후 안내합니다.
2. 계정과 시작 방법
사용자는 본인의 Google 계정으로 로그인하며 홈페이지와 앱에서 같은 계정을 사용합니다. 다른 사람의 계정을 도용하거나 이용권을 무단으로 공유해서는 안 됩니다. PC 인증과 이용 기간 확인에는 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.
현재 시험판은 계정당 최대 2개의 인증 기기를 지원합니다. PC 교체나 인증 문제는 고객지원에 문의해 주세요. 정식 지원 기기 수가 달라지면 적용 전에 안내합니다.
3. 첫 한 달 무료와 이용권
처음 사용하는 계정은 첫 PC 로그인부터 무료 체험을 시작합니다. 무료 1개월은 한국 표준시 기준 다음 달 같은 날짜·시각까지입니다. 다음 달에 같은 날짜가 없으면 그 달의 마지막 날 같은 시각까지 적용합니다. 웹 로그인만으로 체험이 시작되지 않으며, 재설치·재로그인으로 무료 기간이 다시 생기지 않습니다.
무료 기간이 끝나도 자동 결제하지 않습니다. 유료 판매를 시작하면 사용자가 기간과 총금액을 확인해 직접 구매합니다. 구매 기간의 정확한 시작·종료일과 월 단위 계산 방식은 결제 전에 표시합니다.
현재 안내 가격은 1개월 99,000원, 3개월 250,000원, 6개월 450,000원, 1년 800,000원입니다. 판매 준비 중인 가격이며 실제 주문을 받기 전 세금 포함 여부, 공급 개시 시점과 기간 계산 기준을 확정해 안내합니다.
4. AI 이용료와 결과 확인
위크 이용권에는 외부 AI 구독료나 API 사용료가 포함되지 않습니다. 사용자는 지원되는 AI 서비스를 본인 계정으로 연결하며, 모델의 사용 가능 여부와 작업량은 해당 공급자의 조건과 한도를 따릅니다.
AI가 제안한 사실, 인용, 표현과 저작권 문제는 원고에 반영하거나 출판하기 전에 확인해야 합니다. 위크는 집필 과정을 돕지만 특정 분량, 완성 기간, 판매 수익이나 출판 계약을 보장하지 않습니다.
5. 원고와 사용자 자료
사용자가 제공한 원고와 자료에 대한 권리는 해당 권리자에게 남습니다. 위크를 사용한다는 이유로 회사에 원고의 소유권이나 출판권이 이전되지 않습니다. AI 생성물의 권리 인정 여부는 사람의 기여와 적용 법률, 외부 AI 약관 등에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
사용자는 사용할 권한이 있는 자료를 제공하고, 타인의 개인정보와 비밀을 보호해야 합니다. 원고는 PC에 보관되므로 작업본을 정기적으로 내보내고 백업해 주세요. 이용권 만료만으로 PC 원고를 삭제하지 않으며, 현재 앱은 저장된 원고의 열람과 내보내기 경로를 제공합니다.
6. 쿠폰
웰컴 쿠폰은 계정당 한 번 등록하는 방식이며, 프로모션 쿠폰은 발급 시 안내한 횟수·기간·대상 조건을 따릅니다. 무료 체험과 쿠폰 혜택은 별개로 관리합니다. 여러 번 등록 가능한 쿠폰도 동일 요청의 중복 전송만으로 기간이 중복 부여되지는 않습니다.
무료로 지급한 쿠폰은 현금으로 교환하지 않습니다. 유료로 판매한 쿠폰이 생기면 구매·취소 조건을 별도로 안내하며 무료 쿠폰 기준을 일괄 적용하지 않습니다.
7. 업데이트·장애·이용 제한
회사는 서비스 개선과 보안 조치를 위해 업데이트를 제공할 수 있습니다. 중요한 기능 변경, 점검이나 서비스 종료는 가능한 한 사전에 알리고 사용자의 원고 보존과 내보내기를 고려합니다. 현재 업데이트 확인 기능은 버전 안내이며 자동 설치를 뜻하지 않습니다.
계정 도용, 인증 우회, 불법 이용이나 서비스 방해가 확인되면 필요한 범위에서 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 제한 사유와 이의제기 방법을 안내하되, 즉시 대응이 필요한 보안 사고는 우선 조치 후 안내할 수 있습니다. 관리자 권한은 정당한 이유 없이 유료 이용 기간을 회수하는 권한을 뜻하지 않습니다.
장애와 회사의 책임으로 제공하지 못한 서비스는 관련 법령과 확정된 환불 정책에 따라 처리합니다. 회사의 고의나 과실에 대한 법률상 책임을 일괄 면제하지 않습니다.
8. 해지·문의·분쟁
이용 중단, 계정 삭제와 환불은 서로 다른 절차입니다. 원고를 백업한 뒤 요청 목적을 알려 주세요. 환불 기준은 청약철회·환불 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

WEEK is a Windows application for planning, writing, revising and managing books. The website provides service, account and access information. These terms are a review draft; final terms and their effective date will be announced before sales.
2. Accounts and getting started
Sign in with your own Google account and use the same account on the website and in the app. Do not use someone else’s identity or share access without authorization. PC authentication and access verification require an internet connection.
The current preview supports up to two authenticated devices per account. Contact support about a replacement PC or authentication problem. Any change to the supported device count will be announced before it applies.
3. Free first month and passes
A new account starts its free trial on its first PC sign-in. The free month ends at the same date and time in the following month, in Korea Standard Time. If that date does not exist, the last day of that month is used. Website sign-in alone does not start the trial, and reinstalling or signing in again does not restart it.
The trial does not convert to an automatic charge. When sales open, you will choose a pass after reviewing its duration and total price. Exact start and end dates and the definition of a month will be shown before payment.
Current indicative prices are KRW 99,000 for one month, 250,000 for three months, 450,000 for six months and 800,000 for one year. Sales have not opened. Tax treatment, supply start and duration calculations will be finalized and disclosed before orders are accepted.
4. AI fees and checking results
A WEEK pass does not include external AI subscriptions or API charges. Connect a supported provider using your own account; model availability and usage are subject to that provider’s terms and limits.
Review AI-generated facts, quotations, wording and rights before accepting text or publishing. WEEK assists the writing process but does not guarantee a particular length, completion date, sales revenue or publishing contract.
5. Manuscripts and your materials
Rights in supplied manuscripts and source materials remain with their rights holders. Using WEEK does not transfer ownership or publishing rights to the company. Rights in AI-generated output may depend on human contribution, applicable law and provider terms.
Use only materials you are authorized to use, and protect other people’s personal and confidential information. Regularly export and back up local work. Pass expiry alone does not delete PC manuscripts; the current app provides access to view and export saved manuscripts.
6. Coupons
Welcome coupons are redeemable once per account. Promotion coupons follow the usage count, period and eligibility stated when issued. Trial and coupon benefits are managed separately; retrying the same redemption request does not create duplicate credit.
Free coupons are not exchangeable for cash. If paid vouchers are introduced, their purchase and cancellation terms will be disclosed separately rather than treating them as free coupons.
7. Updates, outages and restrictions
The company may provide functional and security updates. Material changes, maintenance or service closure will be announced in advance where possible, taking manuscript preservation and export into account. The current update-check feature displays version information; it is not automatic installation.
Identity theft, authentication bypass, unlawful use or service disruption may lead to proportionate restrictions. Reasons and an objection route will be provided; urgent security incidents may require action first. Administrator access does not permit arbitrary removal of paid access.
Outages and failures attributable to the company will be handled under applicable law and the finalized refund policy. These terms do not broadly exclude liability for the company’s intentional acts or negligence.
8. Cancellation, support and disputes
Stopping use, deleting an account and requesting a refund are separate actions. Back up your manuscript and state what you need. See the withdrawal and refund guide.

These terms are interpreted under South Korean law without limiting statutory consumer rights. Unresolved disputes may use the dispute-resolution process or court jurisdiction provided by law.
9. Effective date and changes
Drafted: October 3, 2026. Status: operational review draft. The effective date will be announced separately. Material adverse changes require sufficient notice and any necessary consent and will not be arbitrarily applied retroactively to existing purchases.
